The staff were fantastic, excellent English. Best breakfast. Well-thought-out and comfortable rooms. Ample wardrobe space.

Good size of room. Staff very friendly. Cheap internet access, free parking, good breakfast
Location very noisy (windows not very well insulated), many little things have not been maintained or manded thus did not or only oartly work, were rusty, fell of etc. That reduced substancially the impression of the room/hotel

they did not respect my Booked.net fare because they said they colud not identify the reservation. they charged me R$65 above the guaranteed Booked.net rate

The hotel had a decent buffet breakfast and free Wi-Fi in the lobby. The location was not bad as it was close to a shopping mall and had a police station nearby. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.
The hotel is in need of some updating. The room furnishings were old and the bathroom was not very clean.

The hotel was in a safe area close to shops with easy transportation and located in a business district. The staff were fantastic, with excellent English and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious, with ample wardrobe space and hangers, full-length mirrors, and great bathroom lighting. Plus, the breakfast was the best I have had anywhere in the world!

The hotel is conveniently located on Luis Carlos Berrini avenue, which makes it easy to access various local attractions. It's also on the flight path to the airport, making it a great location for catching a flight. the staff at reception were helpful, and the rooms were modern and comfortable with a good view of the city.
The restaurant lacked a wide selection of items on the menu which was disappointing for those looking to eat in-house.

We enjoyed the breakfast selection, which had a nice variety of options to choose from. In terms of location, we found it to be convenient for getting around the city.
The room was small and we were bothered by the noise from the street. the internet was unreliable and we had trouble getting a good signal in both the room and dining area.
